Informational only

  • These pages describe the studio, the art we commission and the roles we have open. That is all they do.
  • There is no account to create, nothing to buy and no form to submit. Every action here is reading a page or opening your own email client.
  • By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, simply do not use it.
04 intellectual property

Our marks and your use of them

  • The name Upper Int Games, the logos and the site design belong to us.
  • The press kit is a deliberate exception: the factsheet, boilerplate and logos on the press page may be quoted and republished as-is, in articles, videos and listings about the studio or its titles. Please do not recolor, distort or rearrange the marks.
  • The reference sheets shown in commission briefs are AI-generated and labelled as such. They communicate proportion and direction; they are not artwork we claim as final and they are not a template to trace.
  • Artwork commissioned from artists is governed by the terms agreed with each artist, not by this page.
05 commissions and roles

Nothing here is a contract

  • The commission and careers pages describe what we are looking for and how we pay. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer, and reading them creates no obligation on either side.
  • Scope, price, deadline and payment are agreed in writing per commission, before any work starts.
  • We do not answer every message. If a role or commission is not a fit, you may not hear back.
06 limits

What we do not promise

  • No game has been announced or released. Anything described as planned or in production may change or be cancelled.
  • We keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.
  • Links to other sites are for convenience. What happens on them is not ours to control.
07 law

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
  • How we handle data is described separately in the privacy policy.
  • If we change these terms, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it.
