These terms cover the studio website and the private DASH development build described below. Features not available in the current build are not offers to purchase.

03 what this site is

Informational only

  • These pages describe the studio, the art we commission and the roles we have open. That is all they do.
  • There is no account to create, nothing to buy and no form to submit. Every action here is reading a page or opening your own email client.
  • By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, simply do not use it.
04 intellectual property

Our marks and your use of them

  • The name Upper Int Games, the logos and the site design belong to us.
  • The press kit is a deliberate exception: the factsheet, boilerplate and logos on the press page may be quoted and republished as-is, in articles, videos and listings about the studio or its titles. Please do not recolor, distort or rearrange the marks.
  • The reference sheets shown in commission briefs are AI-generated and labelled as such. They communicate proportion and direction; they are not artwork we claim as final and they are not a template to trace.
  • Artwork commissioned from artists is governed by the terms agreed with each artist, not by this page.
05 commissions and roles

Nothing here is a contract

  • The commission and careers pages describe what we are looking for and how we pay. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer, and reading them creates no obligation on either side.
  • Scope, price, deadline and payment are agreed in writing per commission, before any work starts.
  • We do not answer every message. If a role or commission is not a fit, you may not hear back.
06 limits

What we do not promise

  • The studio has not released a game publicly. Private prototypes, including DASH, may change during development.
  • We keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.
  • Links to other sites are for convenience. What happens on them is not ours to control.
07 law

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
  • How we handle data is described separately in the privacy policy.
  • If we change these terms, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it.
08 DASH development build

Private access, progress and support

  • If the studio gives you a DASH prototype, you may install and use it for personal play and feedback within the access granted. This does not transfer ownership of the game, code, art, music or third-party assets. Their licenses and credits are available in Settings.
  • The current prototype has no paid store, paid random draws or premium subscription. Its coins, keys, equipment and other rewards are game data, have no cash-out feature and cannot be sold or transferred through the game.
  • Development updates may reset prototype progress or make a saved run incompatible. Cloud testing is not a promise of permanent hosting, synchronization or recovery. Features, balance and the working title may change before release.
  • Do not interfere with other people’s access or attempt to use the development service to submit forged rewards or access another profile. Report problems to hello@upperintgames.com. How the current build handles data is described in the DASH section of the Privacy Policy.
  • Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory. Any future paid offer will show its actual store price and applicable terms before a purchase can be made.
